Two weeks ago, the SPI PRL Update Petition was launched to get a way for customers to not have to fight with incompetent CSRs to get a simple PRL Update, similar to all other CDMA carriers in the U.S.
There has been some progress in getting this much-needed system in-place. Now, telling Claire “PRL Update” will forward you to technical representatives, instead of a typical CSR. The problem with this is that getting a TSR can take up to twice as long as a CSR, which means that it can take as much as an hour to just get the PRL Update flagged.
If Sprint is listening, this isn’t enough, customers should be able to start a PRL Update without holding. Can you hear me now?
