Information has surfaced on the forthcoming launch of the US 3G version of the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic.
From information gathered by third-party dealers and distributors along with further confirmation from Nokia Blog, the Symbian Series 60 5th Edition device has been listed for launch on February 26th at a pricepoint of $399 unlocked, making it one of the cheapest unlocked S60 devices ever sold in the US that are not high-end N-Series models.
The 5800 features a 640 x 360 resolution widescreen resistive touch display, quadband EDGE/GSM, dual-band HSDPA support, Wi-Fi radio, built-in GPS transceiver with A-GPS support, Bluetooth with stereo audio support, microSDHC slot, microUSB port, 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus, video recorder, and flash with video light along with Carl Zeiss optics.
