New information has surfaced regarding the highly anticipated Samsung Memoir high-end cameraphone including a new release date and price.

The phone is now expected to launch on February 25th, reflecting a week delay for as yet unknown reasons, while the specifications now include a xenon flash and 16x digital zoom on top of its 8.0 megapixel sensor and other features including the TouchWiz user interface as well as 3G support.
The phone will be priced at $349.99 after a new 2 year agreement before an additional $50 mail-in rebate, bringing the total to $299.99.
