T-Mobile MVNO Ultra Mobile has added a new perk to all service plans which also adds 1,000 minutes of international calling per month on top of the standard included voice minutes included in all plans. For example, the Ultra Zero plan offers the first 1,000 minutes to Canada, China, Mexico, Singapore, and the UK at $0.00 per minute, with the rate going up to $0.01 per minute after the initial 1,000 minutes are used and is $19 a month.
Ultra Mobile has also reduced the per minute cost to call Cuba, Nigeria, India, Haiti, Nepal, and Poland while also including unlimited global text messaging, making this plan best for people that regularly need to keep in touch with friends and family in other countries without relying on international phone cards, especially when coupled with the “Call Me Free” local number service, which allows friends and family to dial Ultra Mobile numbers using a local passthrough number for international calls that are treated as local calls in their respective countries.
