Motorola has officially unveiled the long rumored Android Honeycomb tablet destined for Verizon in the Motorola Xoom, launching in the first quarter.
The Xoom features 1GHz dual-core Tegra 2 processor 10.1-inch capacitive display at 1280×800, while 4G connectivity will be made available as an update in Q2.
Other specs include a 5.0 megapixel camera, 720p video recording and 1080p video playback, 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, and 32GB of onboard storage. The battery is rated to be capable of supporting 10 hours of video on a single charge.
