After releasing a beta version a few months back, Microsoft has released the final version of the Microsoft Connector Windows Phone 7 sync app for Mac OS X on the Mac App Store.
The app allows for syncing of music, movies, videos, photos and interfaces with iPhoto to allow pictures taken with a WP7 device to be loaded onto the computer and managed. The application is free.
