I ran this update last week and everything seemed to go ok. Didn’t notice any major enhancements but I was’nt looking for them either. The os version is the same. HOWEVER…now 90% of the apps I download fail to install. I didn’t have this problem before the update, so….I did a master reset and restored all my apps. Now I can install most of the new apps once again.
Come on Motorola…
yea and where is the os update??? come on 2.2 is every except i1…

im with boost, and i went to nextel and bought the i1 for 20$ cheaper, cause no stores that carry boost had the i1,so… that might be the best bet for buffy!!!!
Everything seemed to work fine before the update, now, my google calender where I keep my appointment fails to notify me most of the time! How do I fix this?
Bought the i1 for Boostmobile when it first came out last year. The os is 1.5 and I understand I can update the os but here’s my questions. How can I update it and when I update it is the os still the same? I would like to have at the very least a 1.6 os but if I can get a 2.2 that would be fantastic. Can you please help?
Robert, you are a kind of a !#%@$^#%&
but anyways,,,,
There is no OS update for this phone and there will never be.
The only update is the one from above and thats it.
Motorola came out with the i1Q which has 2.1 Android and Qwerty keyboard and
who knows when is going to arrive to the USA but it will be available for NEXTEL and prob for Boost.
f*** you
and goodnight
