The first press images of the LG Optimus 7 Windows Phone 7 device have been leaked ahead of the official unveiling later this morning in London and New York.
The LG Optimus 7 features a 3.8-inch capacitive touch display at WVGA (800 x 480) resolution, 16GB of onboard storage, a 5.0 megapixel camera with 720p vide0 recording, Bluetooth 2.1, Wi-Fi, a digital compass, and proximity/ambient light sensors. Other features include DLNA streaming functionality officially branded Play-To along with Voice-to-Text and Scansearch, the former being a message transcription program and the latter being an augmented reality real-time search service, all of them exclusive to LG’s Windows Phone 7 lineup.
The Optimus 7 will launch next week in Australia via Telstra, with the US launch set for next month.
