Klausner Technologies Licenses Visual Voicemail for Sprint’s Instinct

With Samsung’s Instinct for Sprint creating a buzz of mimicking the iPhone, one thing that Sprint has done differently is enter into a license agreement with Klausner Technologies.

Klausner Technologies owns the patents covering visual voicemail and as the iPhone, the Instinct will also offer visual voicemail but Sprint has avoided the fate of Apple and AT&T who have been sued by Klausner Technologies for infringing on its patents.

    Why would Apple/ATT use this technology in this manner to get a lawsuit in the 1st place?
