HTC has rolled out a ROM update for the long in the tooth HTC Tilt 2 sold by AT&T.
The update contains a list of new fixes and improvements, chief among them the Sense user interface which replaces the older and more resource-intensive TouchFLO 3D overlay, a fix for Caller ID display issues, SMS freezing, and SMS/MMS counts.
New features include on device microSD card formatting along with an integrated instant messaging client, AT&T Wi-Fi client, Vlingo, and a Twitter app. The update pushes the software version to 2.10.501.4
