Not long after it rolled out the HTC Sync application for the Aria will support for app installation via PC, HTC has pulled the application, as it never rolled out the necessary firmware update for the device to enable third-party application installs.
Since this development, this continues AT&T’s plan to have a fully managed Android user experience, much to the chagrin of its customers wishing to take advantage of Android’s open nature.
