We’ve received numerous emails asking what is up with Sprint and HTC. On background, both companies have stated to PhoneNews.com that they are focusing on the EVO 4G to drive sales, and bolster HTC’s achievement of the first 4G phone in America.
A new image has emerged of the HTC Knight, which appears to be HTC’s next Android phone on Sprint. The phone is poised to be HTC’s first CDMA Android phone with a physical keyboard in America. The device features a 3.7-inch capacitive multi-touch display and, slide out keyboard. Beyond that, little is known about the device.
From external indications, the device may parallel many of the advancements seen in the T-Mobile G2, and may also support 4G WiMAX. Less clear is if the HTC Merge will incorporate EVO 4G’s other advances, namely, WiMAX and HDMI.
You do know, that the HTC Merge is coming to Verizon right?
