Not long after the Thursday launch of the Incredible, the device is currently receiving its first minor update. The update is so new, in fact that Verizon has not even published its support page for the Incredible that is prompted before the update is executed.
The update changes the build number to Build 494 and software number 605.2, with the update addressing an issue regarding Exchange-based email accounts and a random address input bug in the carbon copy field when the reply all option is selected, which would randomly insert addresses where none were present in the field.
Unfortunately, the update does not address another unrelated issue where North Carolina residents are reporting an endless reboot cycle when traveling through a low signal area, although Verizon has assured those customers that the carrier is aware of the issue.

I had the same problem (Reboot). Called Verizon and simple solution worked for.
Keep phone turned on and remove the battery for 15second. Put the battery back in and it has never happened after that.
(Don’t turn off the phone to remove the battery)
