HTC Â has jointly announced the forthcoming launch of the HTC Rezound jointly with Verizon Wireless. The phone will feature a focus on music with the inclusion of Beats Audio technology in the phone and will be promoted as a music phone when it launches later this month. The phone is set to be exclusive to Verizon Wireless and will launch on November 14th for $299.99 after new 2 year agreement.
Other key features of the Rezound include 4G LTE, Android Gingerbread 2.3.5, 4.3 inch display at 720p, 3.5mm headphone jack, 8.0 megapixel camera with 1080p video capture, “action burst” “instant capture” and dual LED flash, microSD slot with 32GB of internal memory, Wi-Fi N and Bluetooth radios all underpinned by a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor at 1.5GHz.
The Rezound will also be bundled with a pair of Beats earbuds that feature an inline remote and mic while being compatible with the full line of Beats headphones. HTC has also confirmed that the phone will be updated to Ice Cream Sandwich early next year.
