Google is once again facing litigation over Android, this time by digital security firm Gemalto over a patent claimed to be violated by HTC, Motorola and Samsung as well as the search giant which concerns “high-level languages running on resource-constrained devices†with the suit being filed in Texas. Gemalto cites its work on the JavaCard platform for running Java on SIM cards as the basis for the suit.
