So, you know the PRL determines roaming in your area, but that is not much help if you’re trying to figure out the actual PRL’s priorities. Opening a PRL file reveals a bazillion codes for towers, but to the average person that’s just a bunch of gibberish. And while for years Verizon customers have been decoding this mess and interpreting the PRL into area-by-area depictions, this has been off-limits for Sprint customers.
