    I had an AT&T microcell. I used it about 5 hrs. It drained my battery. I charged the phone all night and it still would not fully charge (iphone) while under the microcell signal. I contacted AT&T they knew about the issue and suggested I just turn off my phone to save battery when not using it. LOL. I sent the POS back to them.

    I have Uverse, and right now, they are not measuring data usage.
