Cisco to File Lawsuit Against Apple for Infringement (Update)

Cisco has decided to formally file suit against Apple for infringing on the iPhone trademark.
Apple and Cisco had reportedly been in extensive discourse over the
trademark sometime before the iPhone was revealed, yet reportedly fell
apart when Cisco offered a final agreement on Tuesday with no sign of
Apple refusing or cooperating on the matter. The lawsuit seeks an
injunction to prevent the release of the iPhone. No word on Apple’s
response to the suit was available.
