Cingular UMTS in New York Nearing Launch

Readers report that Cingular is now selling the Samsung ZX10, Cingular’s only current UMTS device, in New York. The device is also available online in New York area zip codes. This indicates that Cingular will launch UMTS in New York in the very near future.
