Samsung has done some odd marketing moves in the past, but these two take the cake. The first photo on the left depicts a quality rating system that makes Intel’s dumbed-down “brains” ratings blush.
The second photo takes it even farther. An entire exhibit kiosk devoted to showing the Android Market, which is “Serviced by Google for Samsung.” In other earth-shattering news, Apple has constructed a kiosk noting that the App Store is “Run by Apple for Apple and uses Apple technology.”
Worst of all, mainstream media was actually crowding the booth to check out Samsung’s innovation by offering the default Google Android market on their phones.
