After first being announced last month, LG has officially launched the G Pad 8.3 Android tablet in the US via exclusive arrangement with Best Buy. The tablet features the following specifications:

  • Display: 8.3-inch WUXGA (1920 x 1200 pixels / 273 ppi)
  • Memory: 16GB internal with microSDHC slot

  • Battery: 4,600mAh
  • Operating System: Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2

The tablet is available for pre-order at $350, with no immediate launch date.

    been hearing lots of rumors about upcoming straight talk verizon smartphones. heard one about possible samsung s3 on verizon the s398c. Heard the byop website changed to no longer state no lte and a rep on facebook said there are some lte verizon phones available for byop on straight talk but failed to provide specifics. waiting to hear more…
