AT&T has announced the successor to the venerable Samsung BlackJack series with…the Samsung Jack.
The Samsung Jack features a more refined and redesigned bodyshell, landscape QVGA display, 528 MHz processor with 256 MB of RAM and ROM, quadband GSM and triband HSDPA, Wi-Fi radio, Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard, GPS support via AT&T Navigator, microSDHC expansion slot, QWERTY keyboard, and a 3.2 megapixel camera with video recorder.
The Jack will also be one of the few devices to receive a free upgrade to Windows Mobile 6.5 once it becomes available from AT&T.
The device will be available on May 19th for $199.99 after new 2 year agreement before an additional $100 mail-in rebate, bringing the total to $99.99.
