AT&T has launched the Pantech Slate messaging-oriented phone.
The device features quadband GSM/EDGE access, 1.3 megapixel camera with video recorder, media player, microSDHC expansion slot, access to IM and email client, QWERTY keyboard, and Bluetooth with stereo audio support. Â The device is now available for $249.99 with No Commitment, or $99.99 after new 2 year agreement before an additional $50 mail-in rebate via prepaid Visa card bringing the total to $49.99.
