AT&T has launched the second variant in the RAZR2 V9 series with the V9x.
The V9x features the same external touch display, 2 megapixel camera with video recorder and Video Share, media player, speakerphone, Opera web browser, full access to AT&T services (Mail, IM, Music, CV, XM, Napster) while adding Navigator support on top of quadband GSM/EDGE, dual-band HSDPA access, speakerphone, microSDHC expansion slot, and Bluetooth with stereo audio support.
The phone is now available online for $349.99 with No Commitment, or $249.99 after new 2 year agreement before an additional $50 mail-in rebate via prepaid Visa card, bringing the total to $249.99.
The bluetooth reception on this phone is not as strong (phone must be closer) and not as clear (callers report white noise) as with my older RAZR V3. Anyone else aware of bluetooth issues with this phone?
