AT&T has quietly launched a new series of prepaid data packages in the DataConnect Pass option.
The DataConnect prepaid pass begins at $15 for 75MB and 1 day of data access, $30 for 250 MB and seven days of access, as well as $50 for 500MB and 30 days of access as shown in the above image without an additional agreement required. The service works within the US as well as in territories such as Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
Love it. VZW launched this same plans last week….
Those data caps seem a little low for the price. Not a good deal at all.
My Problem with this though you can buy the data card on ebay for little less then 50 bucks all you have to do is run a credit a check and you can have the data card plan without a contract for same price plan. I just think these pre-paid data plan are just crazy that we should boycott. To add on top of that the overages are more then these priceplans 30.00 for over 250mb It would cost more then this if you went over your 5gb cap limit!
