Following on our HTC Touch Pro firmware update reporting, HTC has also issued a hotfix for the HTC Snap for Sprint. The update installs without requiring a hard reset, and resolves an issue where the device may hang on the “HTC Snap” startup splash screen.
The Verizon HTC Ozone does not appear to be affected by this issue.
