As previously reported, Verizon has announced the successor to the venerable music oriented Samsung Juke with the Samsung Trance.
The Samsung Trance is nearly identical to the Juke in featureset with touch and context sensitive keys for navigation and media playback, microSDHC expansion slot, a 3.5mm headphone jack, 1.3 megapixel camera with video recorder, speakerphone, and 1GB of internal memory.
Keeping to its purpose as a music oriented phone, the Trance also features ICEpower audio processing technology from noted audio equipment manufacturer Bang & Olufsen.
The phone will be available on Friday April 24th for $99.99 after new 2 year agreement before an additional $50 rebate, bringing the total to $50.
Update: Verizon has launched the Trance in Piano Black or Electric Red for $219.99 Month to Month, or $119.99 after 1 year agreement and rebates.
Cool does it come pre loaded with some Trance music; From Tiesto, Van Buuren, so I can pop some XTC pills and roll with my Samsung Trance.
“Trance also features ICEpower audio processing technology”? Like Ice Man of the X Men. What does ICEpower do?
