T-Mobile has launched the previously announced BlackBerry Pearl 8120, which features the revised bodyshell of the CDMA version along with a built-in Wi-Fi radio for calls over UMA using the HotSpot@Home service.
The device, which is identical to the version launched on AT&T also features quadband GSM /EDGE access, built-in GPS transceiver with BlackBerry Maps, Bluetooth with stereo audio support, microSDHC expansion slot, media player, 2.0 megapixel camera with video recorder, converged SureType QWERTY keyboard, media player, voice dialing, HTML browser, myFaves support, and speakerphone.
The device is now available from T-Mobile online for $199.99 after a new 2 year agreement before an additional $50 mail-in rebate bringing the total to $149.99.
