Following this week’s earlier Wells Fargo offer to drive Isis mobile payment service usage, Verizon Wireless has released the Incipio Cashwrap Isis case for the iPhone 4/4s/5/5S. The Cashwrap case includes the required NFC radio hardware and is meant for use with the Isis mobile payment service.
iPhone owners interested in using Isis will also need to have a special SIM card with a secure element, the case, the Isis application, and a credit card from a participating financial institution such as American Express or the aforementioned Wells Fargo for full functionality. The case is available for the iPhone 4/4S and 5/5s. It lists for $69.99 from Verizon online, although the carrier is offering a $40 instant online discount as a launch special, making each case purchased $29,99 at checkout with a limit of one per order.
