Verizon Wireless has officially added the formerly Walmart-exclusive $50 Verizon Prepaid plan to its prepaid plan slate on its website and in retail stores as a limited time offer. The $50 plan features 1GB of data and is seen as the best compromise between price and data access on the carrier’s prepaid service. Data over 1GB is set at 5¢/MB for overages or you can purchase an extra 1 GB for $20, where the $70 plan with 4GB would start to make more sense.
