Originally launched in April 2006, Alltel is expanding their consumer favorite “My Circle” Campaign from the original 10 phone number scheme to now include plans that have calling circles of five, 10 or 20.
With the introduction of My Circle 5, any plan starting at $49.99 will allow the subscriber to designate five lines of choice and add them to their free calling list. The previous choice of My Circle 10 remains the same with the requirement of having plan at $59.99 or higher. The top tier requires a minimum plan of $99.99 or higher and allows subscribers to choose up to 20 phone numbers from any network.
Management of these numbers take place online on Alltel’s Website via My Account < My Services < My Circle Numbers. Readers unfamiliar with the offering can compare Alltel’s My Circle to T-Mobile’s myFaves which allows a customer to designate any phone number no matter the network or connection whether it is wireless, home or office anywhere within the United States without incurring usage of minutes. T-Mobile’s similar campaign was launched 6 months after Alltel’s initial introduction.
Update: Alltel also includes My Circle 1 that is part of a $39.99 plan enabling you to designate that one special person you might have for a low-low price.
And with Alltel’s you don’t lose any other calling features like Mobile to Mobile

I am very unsatisfied with allltel… We have been having trouble with aaltel since we renewed our contract in January of 2009.. I have been the only one who has shown any care and concern… I wll never use alltell again after tis contract is up due to treatment of all tell reps..
I am very unsatisified with alltell merging in with verizon and then they change your home page without my consent.
