Motorola has launched the MOTOROKR Z6 as an unlocked phone on their online store.
The phone is notable for being one of the the first Motorola phones available in the US with the new Linux-based MOTOMAGX operating system and features a QVGA display, quadband GSM/EDGE, 2.0 megapixel camera with zoom and video recorder, microSD expansion slot with support for 2GB cards, speakerphone, and media player with support for synching contacts as well as music and media with Windows Media Player 11.
The phone is now available directly from Motorola online for $279.99 unlocked for use with any GSM carrier
