The Helio Ocean was originally announced with Microsoft Exchange support, however, as many found, it wasn’t in the box. The Ocean only supported Exchange accounts via IMAP, with Helio left telling Ocean owners to look for a future update.
That day has now come, as Helio has begun offering a beta of their Exchange support. The beta will run for the next two months, after which Helio will charge $10/month for mobile Exchange (including Direct Push) access on their network. In addition, Helio will release software for the Ocean to view popular attachments (Microsoft Office, PDF, etc).
