Sling Media has officially relaunched their SlingPlayer Mobile client
for Windows Mobile 6-based devices. Previously, customers that had
upgraded or purchased devices with Windows Mobile Professional Edition
or Standard Edition had no access to their Slingbox on their devices
since the prior client did not run on Windows Mobile 6 until a beta
application was made available.
The application is now available in a 30 day trial, with current
customers urged to email or contact Sling Media by phone for a new
registration code after downloading the new client. The price of the
client is $29.99 after the 30 day free trial.
