Following up on the Boost Mobile news, Sprint has also announced another addition to the HTC EVO line with the EVO Design 4G for October 23rd at $149.99 before an additional $50 mail-in rebate, bringing the total to $99.99.
The phone features GSM roaming capability with support for HSPA+ as well as 4G WiMax support along with a 4.0 inch qHD resolution pinch-to-zoom capable display, aluminum unibody bodyshell, 1.2GHz processor, Android 2.3 Gingerbread, HTC Sense, simultaneous voice and data capability when using 4G and Wi-Fi, 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot capability for up to eight Wi-Fi enabled devices, 5.0 megapixel camera with camcorder and 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera.
Additional features include a 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi N radio, compass, motion G-Sensor, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, GPS and microSD slot.
