Further LTE Details: No Throttling or Overage Cap, Nationwide By 2013

Following up Verizon has confirmed further details regarding its LTE network during its press conference.

More LTE modems in the next few weeks, all modems will be dual-mode EVDO Rev A/LTE
No throttling a la T-Mobile, but no cap on overages past monthly data allotment.
5-12Mbps down 2-5Mbps up is being claimed
Independent confirmation that a forthcoming LTE modem is incompatible with Mac OS X
More information on non-modem LTE devices at CES in January, first wave of LTE devices are modems only.
Aggressive plans to expand LTE to entire nation by 2013.
