T-Mobile has officially announced the forthcoming launch of the T-Mobile MyTouch, formerly known as the MyTouch HD. The MyTouch (2010) is the second HSPA+ compatible smartphone in T-Mobile’s nascent lineup.
It will run Android 2.2 along with featuring the Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon core running at 1GHz, a 3.8 inch WVGA resolution display, front-facing camera for video calls, microSDHC expansion slot with 8GB pre-installed memory card and a dual-core processor. Other specifications call for Wi-Fi radio, updated Genius button functionality and Qik access for video calls. The device will launch during the holiday season with the product page available now.
