People interested in becoming Palm webOS developers can now do for free as Palm is waiving the $99 fee for new developer accounts for a limited time while providing all of the information necessary to publish applications on the App Catalog.
The move to waive the fee was spurred to stir up more interest in the platform as the beleaguered manufacturer and developer deals with departures and is in the process of putting itself up for sale.
