Cingular today launched a refresh of their MediaNet bundled data offerings, and along with it, a new technology called Active Home Screen.
Active Home Screen, is, for all pratical purposes, an RSS/XML reader that is locked to a carrier content set of headlines, that are then pushed to the main screen of the phone. So, without further ado, here are all the upcoming phones (along with the Motorola V557 that launched today) that will support the feature:

The lack of non-Motorola phones in the Active Home Screen lineup currently is due to no other carrier having built-in newsfeed readers in their phones, a technology which Motorola calls “SCREEN3”.
