The Microsoft developer blog has confirmed that the current slate of developer tools will be finalized on September 16th, with the first wave of applications being cleared for inclusion in the Marketplace by early October. The suite of tools currently available for use by developers have been in beta since March after the MIX 10 developer conference keynote.
