Update: FierceWireless has confirmed with Virgin Mobile that this new offering will replace the previously launched Virgin Mobile Custom service due to the customer and Walmart employee confusion it caused. Virgin Mobile also stated that these store-exclusive products are due to the sales volume that the chain is able to provide carriers and brands. This service also runs on the same platform that powered the former Zact Mobile and was subsequently purchased by Sprint for further integration into the carrier.
