Virgin Mobile has announced that it has rolled out a new PayLo prepaid service plan with a new phone in the Kyocera S2300. The service plan runs $30 for a full month of access which includes 1500 minutes, 500 messages and 10MB of data access.
The Kyocera S2300 features a 2.2-inch color display, full QWERTY keyboard, 1.3-megapixel camera and Bluetooth for $69.99 with the launch slated for later this month.
