Verizon employees in the Midwest region have been instructed by the company to immediately pull any remaining Samsung Glyde devices, and any customers who still have one that report issues are instructed to go to their nearest Verizon full-service location and request an FRU exchange for the LG enV(2).
The issue with the Glyde stems from faulty radio programming which causes cellsites to register the phone incorrectly, causing the devices to perform poorly or even fail to respond at all, even after a hard reset.
