1) A PRL Update form online…
Put one customer service rep on the receiving end, and have him or her manually flag each line requested! Hey, now you’re out of excuses for why you can’t do PRL Updates Sprint! The sheer amount of customer service time of routing people around the planet until they get a rep that knows how would save the money of dedicating one or two CSRs to the task.
If you wanted to get really high-tech, you could even use a reformatted “live chat” system for an instant response from the CSR letting the customer know that it has been done. This isn’t hard, believe it or not, those same outsourced eCare reps in India could do it for literally pennies on the dollar.
2) Publish phone numbers…
Wow, would it really kill you to make public a number to data support on your web site? Cingular, AT&T Wireless, T-Mobile all sure don’t seem to have a problem with it…
3) Add RSS Support to your site
Savvy customers don’t want to visit your web site, they shouldn’t have to.
4) Shut down activate.sprintpcs.com
Sometimes, nothing is better than something…
5) Make sure a Go To Phones Now button is always available from sprintpcs.com
Three clicks to see phones is two too many. Cingular, AT&T, T-Mobile and Nextel have a See Our Phones link available at all times… not on a rotating basis
6) Start brushing the One Sprint, Many Solutions title under the rug
Because it isn’t going to last…
7) Offer The BlackBerry 7750 to consumers
Come on… lift that finger so Forsee and Lauer don’t have to. The 7250 is coming but it isn’t hear yet, sell what you have.
8) Order WiFi kits for all your stores
You have space for Sprint PCS WiFi in hundreds of locations you aren’t offering it at. Boost your WiFi access count and encourage business customers to come in to try out that WiFi and maybe, who knows? They might buy something more than Starbucks-priced WiFi…
9) Put Sprint’s leadership in touch with us
You listen to us, we’d like to listen to you (actually we already do, but, putting pen to paper really helps improve your image). Who knows? Maybe your most loyal customers would like to hear from you too…
10) Confirm the PPC-6600 will work with EV-DO
