Sprint: iPCS + UbiquiTel = Affiliates v. Sprint
Today iPCS (a Sprint PCS affiliate) filed suit against Sprint on the grounds that, like UbiquiTel, Nextel’s inclusion in Sprint violates Sprint Nextel’s no-competition clauses in their affiliate agreements.
