T-Mobile will launch a replacement program for select BlackBerry models offered by the carrier that feature a trackball, such as the Curve 8100/8120 and BlackBerry Curve 8320 on February 15th across all T-Mobile Retail Stores.
The handset must also have been purchased from T-Mobile and carry the correct branding in order to qualify for the replacement, which will be conducted at no additional charge.
