Symbian has released its first Product Development Kit, or PDK of the Symbian^3 operating system due to debut on the Nokia N8 and other devices later this year. The PDK includes both the complete source code for the operating system and a bundled SDK for developers to refine their current applications ahead of the new release and features support for new technologies such as HDMI output and a new tab oriented interface with a new skin.
