Sprint has announced another revision to its a la carte data plans for tablets, with a 20% increase in data caps compared to previous plans.
The new plans start at 300MB/$14.99, 3GB/$34.99, 6GB/$49.99, or 12GB for $79.99. There are also $10 and $15 options for customers that also have Sprint smartphones that offer 100MB and 1GB of data for tablets on another line, respectively and activation fees for all 3G/4G tablets are being waived for a limited time.
With the new rates being shaped by the forthcoming launch of both the iPad mini and fourth generation iPad on Sprint within the next month, the plans are meant for all devices and the new plans will go into effect on November 11th. The new plans are also being released around further expansions of LTE coverage during the month of November with additional markets and cities being added.
