Sprint has announced its first Huawei-sourced Android smartphone in the Express, which Sprint will sell under its own branding.
The phone, launched yesterday features Android 2.3, a 2.6 inch QVGA resolution touch screen and hardware QWERTY keyboard on the front similar to the previously sold and discontinued Samsung Intrepid. Other features of the Express include mobile hotspot support for up to 5 devices; a 3.2-megapixel camera with video capture, microSD slot; Wi-Fi G radio, GPS, and Bluetooth 2.1 with stereo audio support.
Pricing is set at $69.99 after new 2 year agreement and $180 instant discount with an additional $50 online instant discount currently available bringing the total to $19.99.
