Samsung Seek Will Be Sprint’s Entry-Level Touchscreen Phone

The first press images of the unannounced Samsung Seek have surfaced with Sprint branding along with the first confirmed details.

The Seek will be Sprint’s entry-level touch based device, coming in at $29.99 after new agreement and $50 rebate, with different color choices suggesting that the phone is aimed at a younger crowd than the Exclaim from which its based.

Preliminary specifications place the screen size at 2.6 inches and resolution at QVGA while still retaining the QWERTY keyboard from the Exclaim along with a 1.3 megapixel camera, media player, 3.5mm headphone jack and support for 32GB microSDHC cards.

The phone is also said to be launching this Sunday May 9th in all sales channels.
